Oliver’s Artisan Breads, located in Southern California, is a premier baker of fine European breads. Since 1994, Oliver's has provided natural, fresh-baked breads to the finest restaurants, caterers, food service providers and upscale grocery stores.

Our breads are baked daily and delivered fresh, seven days a week in Southern California, or blast frozen for out-of-area distribution.
Oliver's is a USDA Certified Organic bakery and, wherever possible, we source our raw materials from local suppliers.
